Hire Hangar is hiring a full-time, remote Client Implementation & Operations Analyst to support the setup, configuration, launch, and post-launch monitoring of new B2B client accounts in a BPO or outsourcing environment. The role coordinates onboarding, IT, and operations teams; builds trackers, reports, and documentation; performs pre-launch audits; monitors performance data; and contributes to onboarding playbooks and SOPs. Candidates need prior experience in client implementation, operations analysis, or technical onboarding, strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, and prior remote work experience.
