Description
The role coordinates the opening, closing, conversion, renewal, and amendment of global securities accounts for State Street clients. Responsibilities include working with client service teams and local sub-custodian banks, managing escalations, supporting account-opening associates, maintaining department policies and controls, and resolving issues independently. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience with global custody account-opening exposure, and availability for a flexible 5 PM–2 AM IST shift.
