Description
Atlas HXM is hiring a Client Implementation Manager to support the Operations team with client onboarding and implementation projects. The role manages client relationships, project plans, discovery, configuration, change management, risk resolution, documentation, quality control, training, and stakeholder collaboration across internal and external parties. Candidates should have 5–7 years of implementation or client onboarding experience, 3–5 years of client or solutions experience with large to enterprise clients, HR or payroll knowledge, and proficiency with project management, CRM, and ticketing software.
