Atlas HXM is hiring a Client Implementation Manager to support the Operations team with client onboarding and implementation projects. The role manages client relationships, project plans, discovery, configuration, change management, risk resolution, documentation, quality control, training, and stakeholder collaboration for small to enterprise clients. Candidates should have 5–7 years of implementation or client onboarding experience, 3–5 years of client management or solutions experience, HR or payroll knowledge, and proficiency with project management, CRM, and ticketing tools.
