ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is hiring a fully remote Client Intake & Insurance Verification Agent in South Africa to support a US-based ABA therapy company. The role handles inbound family inquiries, client intake, insurance and benefits verification including Medicaid MCO plans, documentation follow-up and review, SharePoint filing, CRM or spreadsheet updates, and general office administration. Candidates need healthcare, medical office, or insurance experience, preferably patient intake and insurance verification experience, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 1 AM South Africa Standard Time, with mandatory fixed fibre internet and backup power.
