Bridgewater Associates is hiring a Client Investment Research Analyst to advise institutional investors on macro investment questions, portfolio management, asset allocation, and market dynamics. The role involves designing analytical approaches, synthesizing complex information into investment narratives, partnering with Strategists and research teams, and developing independent views on markets and institutional portfolios. It is designed for candidates with a strong academic and extracurricular track record, market understanding, analytical and quantitative ability, and intellectual curiosity; deep asset management experience is not required at entry. The role is primarily onsite at Bridgewater’s New York City campus, with some teams operating on a hybrid schedule between New York City and Westport, and offers immigration sponsorship.
