Description
Storyteller is hiring a Client Lead to manage one of its largest enterprise clients in major US sports. The role is fully remote within the United States but requires working closely to US Eastern Time on weekdays and availability during key evening/weekend tentpole moments. The Client Lead will own the account end to end, coordinate across product, engineering, delivery, and operations, manage client communications and reporting, handle escalations, and identify growth opportunities including renewals and expansions. The position is a full-time permanent contract with salary up to USD 110,000 depending on experience and offers 33 days paid leave and benefits.
