Storyteller is hiring a full-time, permanent Account Operations Manager to lead the multidisciplinary team responsible for a major US sports client. The role owns high-volume content, publishing, design, analytics, client projects, releases, integrations, live-event readiness, and AI-enabled services; sets priorities, standards, and delivery quality; coordinates with product, engineering, support, and client leaders; and improves operating systems and processes. It is fully remote anywhere in Canada, requires alignment with US Eastern Time, and offers CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000 depending on experience.
