Description
The Client Liaison Executive will serve as the primary client contact at U.P.'s Singapore Orchard gym, managing sales consultations, enquiries, bookings, attendance follow-up, complaints, renewals, payments, CRM logging, trainer coverage, reporting, reception, and retention while supporting business growth. The role requires at least two years of sales experience, strong administration and numerical-reporting skills, stakeholder communication, face-to-face and telephone sales ability, and the legal right to work in Singapore. It is a full-time, permanent position with an annual salary of SG $40,000–$46,312 including commission.
