The role manages the client journey for a luxury personal-training brand, including sales consultations, enquiries, bookings, attendance follow-up, complaints, renewals, payments, CRM logging, trainer coverage, reporting, retention, referrals, KPIs, and front-desk reception. Candidates need at least two years of sales experience, strong administration and numerical-report analysis skills, stakeholder communication, time management, and the right to work in Singapore. The package includes SGD 40,000–46,312 annual salary including commission, medical insurance, leave benefits, employee discounts, and discounted personal-training sessions.
