HSBC is hiring a Client Lifecycle Management Analyst in Switzerland to manage end-to-end client lifecycle activities, including customer onboarding, CDD modifications, periodic and event-driven reviews, KYC/KYT screening, documentation validation, account updates, and compliance with AML, sanctions, FATCA, CRS, and other regulatory requirements. The role supports front-office teams, maintains client experience and quality metrics, and reports to the Client Lifecycle Management Production Lead. Candidates need AML and regulatory compliance knowledge, due-diligence experience, relevant education or work experience, communication and teamwork skills, and Swiss or EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.
