Northern Trust is hiring a Process Discovery & Design Lead Business Analyst to lead the discovery, analysis, and design of end-to-end client lifecycle processes, including onboarding, KYC, and lifecycle activities. The role bridges business, product, technology, operations, architecture, and transformation teams; maps current and target states, identifies automation and integration opportunities, translates insights into product requirements, manages workstream delivery and risks, and measures improvements in cycle time, quality, and error reduction. The position requires financial services experience, cross-functional leadership, and experience in business architecture, process mapping, process design, and operating model development; CLM, client onboarding, KYC, or lifecycle management experience is preferred. It is a hybrid role with a base salary of $114,700 to $194,900 USD and no U.S. work visa sponsorship.
