Candidates need at least two years of experience in customer success, client management, or account management, along with sales, retention, communication, presentation, and organisational skills; Salesforce and healthcare or SaaS experience are desirable. The position is hybrid, with regular time in a local Telstra Health office and flexible working outside of that.
