Carbon is hiring an on-site permanent Tax Manager to provide tax and accounting services to individuals and small to medium businesses. The role involves client management, preparing financial statements, tax returns and BAS, advising on trading structures, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office, budgeting, cash-flow management and business benchmarking. Candidates need an accounting qualification, completed or in-progress CA/CPA, Australian public-practice experience, Australian tax knowledge, Xero or MYOB proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, and experience managing or mentoring a small team.
