City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a full-time Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager) to lead client engagement, retention, service expansion, and referral initiatives. The role oversees contractor performance and compliance, supervises night managers and staffing, manages inspections, procurement, CRM data, documentation, invoices, and client feedback. Candidates should have at least three years of client retention or service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation for daily travel to client locations. The position offers a base salary of $60,000 or more, a monthly car allowance, monthly commission, quarterly bonus, and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
