Description
Experian is hiring a Client Manager to report to the Sales Director of the Client Management Team. The role combines sales, account management, and service activities, including managing existing clients, resolving inquiries, conducting outbound prospecting, providing product training, identifying renewal and upsell opportunities, and managing the sales process through contracting. The position requires at least two years of customer-facing and sales experience, three or more years of credit-bureau, financial-services, banking, credit-union, or mortgage experience, a background in those industries, knowledge of credit, risk, fraud, and decisioning, Salesforce CRM proficiency, and a bachelor's degree.
