Description
The Client Manager oversees a dedicated book of business of lower-complexity life and health clients, serving as the primary contact and supporting the full client lifecycle. The role manages Salesforce workflows and data quality, reviews Client Associate work, resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues, and may coach peers or junior team members. It requires an active Life & Health license, at least two years of relevant experience, and technical skills with OE guide applications and Salesforce. The position offers a salary of $85,000 to $105,000 USD plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
