The role serves as a first point of contact for client inquiries, coordinates client communications and investment strategy implementation, prepares account and investment documentation, supports quarterly reporting, and mentors Associates and Senior Associates on operational matters. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–7+ years of financial management experience, with CFP and AI productivity experience preferred.
