Tabush Group is hiring a full-time Client Manager to serve as a strategic IT advisor and virtual Chief Technology Officer for client accounts. The role focuses on advising clients on IT architecture and cybersecurity, managing key stakeholder relationships, escalating service-delivery issues, overseeing project resources, and handling reporting, change management, lifecycle planning, and pipeline oversight. Candidates need at least six years of hands-on technical experience in an MSP, managed IT, or co-managed IT environment, including three years of client-facing advisory experience, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The position is based in the New York City metropolitan area, requires travel for client meetings, and offers a $120,000-$140,000 base salary plus benefits.
