WTW is hiring a fully remote Client Manager for Property & Casualty insurance, open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States. The role manages lower mid-market accounts, maintains client relationships and profitability, reviews contracts and exposures, supports renewals and placements, coordinates insurance due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and delivers client proposals and other service activities. Candidates need 3–5 years of client- or carrier-facing P&C insurance experience, a college degree or equivalent work experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a valid P&C producer license. The base salary is $86,000–$100,000 USD, with an annual short-term incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
