Client Office Phlebotomist FLOAT-Full-time Days RM at Northwestern Medicine

Northwestern Medicine is hiring a full-time Client Office Phlebotomist-Float to perform phlebotomy and laboratory specimen collection, process specimens, maintain quality-control records, coordinate laboratory orders, and provide patient care at client offices in the Geneva area and surrounding suburbs. The role requires Monday through Friday availability from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., two weekends per month, flexibility for variable client hours, and the ability to drive to client sites. A high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy certification or equivalent training or experience are required; experience with a broad range of patients, laboratory specimen processing, EMR systems, medical terminology, and a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are preferred.
