Meltwater is recruiting a Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to support the EMEA market, reporting to the Regional Onboarding & Adoption Manager. The role manages client implementations, account setup, SaaS platform configuration, Boolean query and analytics work, customized reports and dashboards, client training, project planning, and adoption. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher, at least two years of relevant client-facing experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in at least one listed language. The position is hybrid, requiring two days in the office, and is based at V & A Waterfront in Cape Town.
