Meltwater is recruiting a Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to support the EMEA market, reporting to the Regional Onboarding & Adoption Manager. The role manages client implementations, account setup, SaaS platform configuration, Boolean query and analytics work, customized reports and dashboards, client training, project planning, and adoption. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher, at least two years of relevant client-facing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to work hybrid with two days in the office. The position is based at V & A Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa, with a start date to be confirmed.
