Medicus Healthcare Solutions is hiring an on-site Client Onboarding Manager in Windham, New Hampshire. Reporting to the Manager of Transition Solutions, this role owns the implementation of project-based staffing services from kickoff through launch and post-implementation, leading cross-functional teams, coordinating recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and orientation milestones, managing client and stakeholder relationships, mitigating risks, and communicating project status and outcomes. The position requires at least two years of external client-facing experience, project leadership, stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and occasional travel of approximately two to three trips per quarter.
