Apex Group is hiring a Client Onboarding Manager (VP) in Malta for its European Client Onboarding Team. The role manages the onboarding and integration of new clients across products and jurisdictions, coordinates account openings, legal and compliance reviews, internal system setups, project planning, and handover to business-as-usual, and leads cross-functional delivery with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Service Delivery. Responsibilities also include regional new-business meetings, reporting in Salesforce, ad hoc projects, and staff training and mentoring. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of relevant professional experience, client-facing and organisational skills, and professional English; Paxus, eFront, or fund-accounting-system knowledge is advantageous.
