Storyteller is hiring a full-time, permanent Operational Account Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team serving a major US sports client. The role owns high-volume content, publishing, design, analytics, client projects, releases, integrations, live-event readiness, and AI-enabled services; sets priorities, standards, and delivery quality; coordinates with product, engineering, support, and client leaders; and improves operating systems and processes. It is fully remote anywhere in the United States, requires alignment with US Eastern Time, and offers up to USD 110,000 in salary plus paid leave and benefits.
