Contentoo is hiring a Client Operations Associate to own inbound client and freelancer requests, triage and route intake, manage daily queues, communicate professionally with clients and freelancers, track tickets and project milestones, resolve delivery roadblocks, and improve workflows. The role requires 1–2 years of operations, project management, or operational delivery experience, strong written and verbal English, organization, collaboration, and familiarity with CRM and AI tools.
