Copper is hiring a Client Operations Associate to provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for institutional clients, manage client expectations, understand technical requirements, collaborate with internal stakeholders, gather feedback, and represent the firm’s values. The role requires experience in technical account management, preferably in cryptocurrency or financial services, along with knowledge of cryptocurrency technology, blockchain, and digital assets. It follows a 24/7 shift pattern requiring five of seven days, including weekends, and offers a hybrid model with a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 and medical, optical, and dental benefits.
