Xerox is hiring a full-time Client Operations Associate (Floater) in Minneapolis, Rochester, and St. Paul, Minnesota. The role supports hardware and software across customer environments by monitoring device performance, resolving incidents, configuring firmware and workflows, managing equipment fleets, coordinating service responses, and supporting installations, moves, and decommissions. The position requires experience managing a print or equipment fleet, familiarity with printers, multifunction devices, local area networks, and basic networking, plus software and server administration and troubleshooting experience. A+ certification or relevant technical training is preferred, and the employer is open to applicants with no experience or fresh graduates.
