The Client Operations Associate/ Specialist supports the sales team by building quotes, registering deals, coordinating pricing and margins with vendors and distributors, validating and submitting orders, tracking deal status in Salesforce, and resolving delays across sales, procurement, logistics, and other internal teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical and mathematical skills, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; it is intended for an India-based employee and targets East Coast business hours.
