Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting client operations, social-content workflows, project delivery, account teams, or another fast-moving environment involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and approval routes.
Strong organisation across multiple workstreams, deadlines, approval paths, versions, and dependencies.
High ownership and a proactive approach to keeping work moving.
Clear written communication and the ability to turn scattered feedback or ambiguous requests into concise actions, owners, and decisions.
Experience preparing for recurring meetings, producing useful recaps, and following actions through to completion.
Confidence coordinating high-volume approval workflows involving internal teams, senior stakeholders, legal review, or multiple revision rounds.
Practical experience with file-management and project-management systems such as Box, Monday.com, Airtable, spreadsheets, or comparable tools.
Good judgement about when to follow up, when to challenge, when to escalate, and when a decision sits outside your authority.
A calm and dependable approach when work is late, unclear, blocked, or changing quickly.
Confidence using modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted tools where appropriate, to prepare, organise, check, and follow through on work.
Good judgement around checking AI-assisted outputs and handling confidential information carefully.
