Roadtex Transportation is hiring a senior freight-operations leader to serve as the day-to-day execution lead for a team of operators while supporting a Senior National Sales Representative. The role owns complex multi-modal quoting, load execution, open-board management, customer and internal communication, quarterly business reviews, onboarding, technology integration, coaching, and cross-functional account execution. It requires proven customer-facing team leadership, strong coaching and communication skills, analytical judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
