Description
The Klient Operations Director serves as the primary liaison between hospital clients and KODE’s medical coding operations team. The role manages client relationships, Koder teams, coding quality and productivity, operational reporting, regulatory compliance, denial management, and revenue-cycle performance. It requires at least four years of medical coding experience, one year of client management or healthcare services experience, outsourced coding client-management experience, and a CPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA certification. The position can be performed remotely or in an office environment, with occasional travel to client sites or company meetings.
