ISTA Personnel Solutions is hiring an experienced Client Operations Supervisor for a fully remote role overseeing remote agents across multiple U.S. client accounts. The position focuses on operational leadership in a BPO/contact centre setting, including coaching agents, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, managing client-facing relationships, producing performance reports, and coordinating staffing and support with internal teams. Candidates must be able to work Mon–Fri in EST, be flexible for overtime and weekends, and meet strict home-office requirements including fixed fibre internet, wired Ethernet capability, and reliable power backup.
