Description
Samdesk is hiring a full-time Client Partner to lead its public-sector partnerships, beginning with a provincial government relationship spanning emergency management, public safety, and multiple ministries and agencies. The role owns commercial retention, renewal, and expansion; program rollout and governance; adoption, training, and outcome reporting; and coordination with internal product, engineering, data, and support teams. It is a hybrid position based primarily in Edmonton with regular onsite client meetings, and requires at least five years of relevant customer success, account management, or customer strategy experience, including government or large-enterprise experience.
