Description

WPP Production is hiring a Client Partner for its Health Studios to own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel pharmaceutical content and production projects. The role coordinates clients, agency partners, internal teams, and offshore production hubs; manages project planning, quality, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships; and serves as the primary point of contact for client success. It is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in Titusville, New Jersey, or Horsham, Pennsylvania, with a base salary of $75,000 to $140,000.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2–4 years of client-facing account or project and delivery management experience in advertising or marketing communications
Experience managing complex digital and omnichannel campaigns from start to finish
Experience working in agencies on significant accounts
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across remote and offshore offices
Experience managing project budgets and providing accurate financial updates
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing content regulations and review submissions
Understanding of omnichannel design, development, web standards, user-centered design, optimization, and search practices
Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
