The role focuses on technical troubleshooting across hardware, software, applications, and endpoint management, as well as incident handling, request fulfillment, documentation, and IT asset management. Candidates need at least 4+ years of service desk or similar IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, ticketing systems, and tools such as SCCM, Intune, or Jamf. The position is based in Chicago with a 5-day office requirement and on-call rotation, and it offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits and a base salary of $100,000 to $130,000.
