Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to assess companies’ financial structures, suggest optimization options, and advise on appropriate financing solutions.
Experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex financing transactions, particularly syndicated and structured financing, LBO-type financings.
Proficiency in carrying out complex financial analyses and deepening credit risk assessment.
In-depth knowledge of key strategic models, ability to incorporate macroeconomic implications, and mastery of banking regulation to inform financing transaction decisions.
Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, especially risk management, trading floor, legal affairs, and Compliance, to ensure due diligence and proper transaction structuring.
Ability to identify and assess cross-selling opportunities, offering clients products like derivatives, treasury services, and fund management solutions.
Integration of ESG criteria into financial analyses and recommendations, along with advice on ESG-related opportunities and risks.
Proactive involvement in collaboration and training within the department, focusing on knowledge-sharing and specialized area training.
