Fonemed is hiring a full-time Client Registration Assistant (Healthcare Navigator) to work from home anywhere in Newfoundland and Labrador. The role serves as the first point of contact for inbound medical, mental health, and crisis calls, collects patient demographics and health information, registers patients in the company system, directs callers to clinicians, books appointments, troubleshoots patient portals, monitors biometric alerts, and conducts follow-up surveys. The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication and customer-service skills, computer proficiency, and availability for a 0.8 FTE schedule including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. The starting pay is $18.20 per hour, with additional shift premiums and paid training.
