LASIK MD is hiring a permanent, full-time Clinical Patient Advisor to support prospective patients after their pre-operative assessment for LASIK or intraocular surgery. The role guides patients through medical information, vision-correction options, pricing, payment methods, surgery scheduling, logistics, records, and follow-up, while helping them make informed decisions and contributing to conversion goals. The position requires strong communication, French and English proficiency, and availability Monday through Saturday; it offers 35–40 hours per week, a signing bonus, free LASIK surgery, vacation, sick days, insurance, and training.
