Description
The Client Relations Associate responds to customer inquiries by phone or email, processes orders and special orders, issues return and warranty authorizations, investigates chargebacks and claims, processes promotion payments, maintains customer profiles, and may set up or update accounts in the Canada and International database. The role requires a high school diploma, bilingual ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; experience with PRMS, AS400, BOSS, or Varsity is preferred. The salary range is $21-$24.
