Description
The Client Relations Associate provides ongoing service and support for Delta Dental of Washington customers and producers, managing internal renewals, service issues, projects, benefit questions, Salesforce data, benefit fairs, audits, and producer requests. The role requires strong communication, Microsoft Office, reporting and database, project management, relationship-building, and experience in sales or operations within the dental or health insurance industry. An associate degree with two years of related experience or a high school diploma with four years of related experience is required, along with a Washington State Health and Disability License within 90 days. The position offers a base pay range of $56,200 to $90,400 depending on geographic location.
