The role serves as the first point of contact for customers, guides them through the automotive repair process, manages customer files and final invoicing, obtains signatures and deductible payments, coordinates with insurance companies, and communicates professionally by phone and in person. The position requires previous administrative experience, strong customer service and computer skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a valid driver's license.
