The role oversees project delivery, customer satisfaction and retention, strategic program guidance, content creation, software implementation and training, translation of business needs into technical requirements, feature testing, upselling, and event representation. It requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, project and customer relationship management skills, web application and basic HTML proficiency, strong communication and analytical abilities, and knowledge of legislative processes and politics.
