Description
The Client Relations Manager (CRM) serves as the primary client contact, providing day-to-day support, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining client records, monitoring engagement, supporting onboarding and training, and contributing to client retention and satisfaction. The role does not involve revenue-generating tasks or quoting responsibilities. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, client-facing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
