Ultimate Performance is hiring a full-time Client Relations Manager in Sydney to drive business growth through consultative sales, local partnerships, referrals, and strong client relationships. Reporting to the Gym Manager, the role owns the sales journey from enquiry through consultation, conversion, onboarding, and pipeline management, while also supporting client handovers, resolving concerns, and maintaining service standards. Approximately 70% of the role is sales and business development, with 30% focused on client experience and operational support. The position requires a proven track record in consultative sales, commercial judgement, relationship skills, follow-through, collaboration, and an interest in strength training; relevant experience may come from fitness, premium retail, hospitality, or another service business. The salary is AUD $55,000–$66,000 per year plus superannuation and a performance-based bonus.
