Alma Lasers is hiring a full-time, onsite Client Relations Supervisor in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, to lead the day-to-day operations of its Client Relations team. The role serves as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, manages tickets, RMAs, service orders, and customer cases, oversees KPIs and team performance, coaches employees, handles adverse-event escalations, analyzes customer feedback, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve service and operational effectiveness. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of customer service or client relations experience, and at least one year supervising a similar team.
