Description
The Client Relationship Manager & Captive Solutions Manager Benelux manages client relationships in the Netherlands and captive fronting solutions across the Benelux region for complex upper-middle-market and major accounts. The role coordinates underwriting, brokers, clients, legal, service teams, claims, operations, and sales; drives captive renewals and operational effectiveness; develops new captive business; maintains CRM data; supports client events; and reinforces standardized multinational placement and renewal workflows through stakeholder engagement and coaching.
