Taxfyle is hiring an early-career Client Relationship Manager in Coconut Grove, Florida, to serve as the primary contact for taxpayer and partner clients throughout the tax engagement lifecycle from submission through e-filing. The role involves managing client relationships, resolving issues, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant client relationship, account management, or customer success experience, CRM proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably a bachelor’s degree plus foundational tax, accounting, or financial-services knowledge. The position is full-time, primarily in-person with some remote flexibility, and pays $50,000–$60,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses.
