TimbukTech is hiring a full-time Account Manager in Washington to serve local small-business clients, build relationships, advocate for their IT needs, lead quarterly reviews, present technology recommendations, and coordinate with technical teams. The role requires 2–5+ years of account management, client or relationship management, sales, or customer service experience, basic technology comfort, CRM familiarity, and local travel; IT/MSP experience is a bonus.
